Children's Bladder and Bowel care Team
Our Services
The Bladder and Bowel care team assess and support children and young people from the age of 0-18 years old, with a variety of Bladder and Bowel care difficulties. We work to promote the continence of all children and young people. We are a Nurse led service, who also work alongside our other community and acute colleagues, families and educational and respite facilities, to ensure a holistic overview of Children and Young people’s health and wellbeing. We predominantly work here at the Child Development Centre, but also visit homes and schools, where necessary, to meet the needs of each individual child. We offer a combination of face to face, telephone, video and home/school visits, based on the needs of the child and family.
