Devon Procurement Service
The Devon Procurement Service is the collaborative procurement function for five NHS organisations in Devon, which was established in December 2025. The partner organisations are:
- Devon Partnership NHS Trust
- Livewell South West
- Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
- Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust
- University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust
Devon Procurement Service manages all non-pay expenditure on behalf of the partner organisations and is governed by a shared delivery board with representatives from all partners.
The Devon Procurement Service is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to deliver the best value for the NHS in Devon. Our key objectives include maximising opportunities for partnership and innovation, ensuring fair and transparent procurement processes, and delivering efficiencies by using the collective buying power of our partner organisations.
By working together, we aim to achieve value for money, support sustainable and socially responsible procurement, and help deliver high-quality care for our communities.
